The water slide is made up with the following components:

1) Channel track in different coloured fiberglass
2) Support frame in hot-galvanized steel
3) Departure tower
4) Hydraulic plant of water raising
5) Rubber dinghies

FIBERGLASS TRACK

The track is built up with components in polyester resin reinforced by fiberglass and neopenthylic gel-coat of different colours.

The colouring besides being made by two opposed colours alternately placed, as in the pictures, can be created also with only one colour and its different tunes, to get a spectacular effect.

The components are non-deformable, stand temperature within –25° e +85°, have inside surface smoothness and glossy and are very resistant to mechanical stress, to chemical and chromatic deterioration, to UV rays, to mechanical abrasion, to chlorinated or sea water and to salty environment.

The assembling of these elements is made by hot-galvanized steel supports and stainless steel M.10 bolts, so to have high reliable joints and notably stiff tracks.

The joint is sealed by an expansion and adhesive gasket, so to make it perfectly waterproof and fully unobserved.

SUPPORT FRAME

At any turn centre there is a hot-galvanized steel octagonal frame with rays arms supporting the fiberglass channel.

All the frame is made up by circular section profiles, fixed to the plinth by fitted bolted plates and all parts are connected by special screws, bolts, flanges and brackets, allowing the setting for a correct assembling.
